setup and uninstall information
Before you install
ePlanner™
, please read the following helpful tips for setting up and uninstalling your software.
Before you start
Review the
ePlanner™
system requirements. If your system does not meet the minimum requirements,
make the necessary upgrades to hardware, software, or internet connection before
installation.
Caution You must uninstall any previous version of
ePlanner™
before installing a new version. This should be done through the Add or Remove Programs
icon in Microsoft Windows® Control Panel.
Setting up
ePlanner™
To setup
ePlanner™
- Have your
ePlanner™
user id and password available. You'll be prompted for them when you download the
software.

Download the
ePlanner™
installation image. You may either open the installation and run it immediately
or save the image to your system. If you save the image to your system, double click
on the image to begin the installation.
- Verify the installation location or click Browse to change the installation location,
and then click Next.
- The Wizard will lead your through the rest of the installation.
Note Copies of the product License Agreements are also available for
review at
http://www.emeetingexperts.com/eplannereula.aspx.
Uninstalling
ePlanner™
You can uninstall
ePlanner™
through the Add or Remove Programs icon in Control Panel.
- Quit
ePlanner™
if it is running, as well as any Microsoft Office products, such Word or Outlook.
- In Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs.
- Click
ePlanner™
, and then click Remove.
Note
ePlanner™
includes support for Microsoft Office. If you do not close the Microsoft Office
products during the uninstall,
ePlanner™
may not be completely removed from your system.
