Registration
Registration can be completed within ePlanner in three ways.
- Import data
- Web page
- Gather data electronically from e-itineraries™
Import Data
ePlanner is designed to import data from numerous sources, including Excel and various
delimited file formats. Therefore attendee data gathered via on-line registration
from virtually any source can be imported into ePlanner. So if you or your company
has already invested in an on-line registaration product or service your data will
easily transfer into ePlanner.
Web Page
An exclusive web page can be designed for your attendee's use. The data entered
will be automatically stored in the ePlanner attendee record. While this method
is very similar to standard on-line registration processes, it is different in that
the attendee can actually see their attendee record.
e-Itineraries
When a central travel agency is utilized for all attendees, the registration process
becomes nearly obsolete. The travel agency can ask three simple questions….badge
name preference, smoking or non, any special needs? The answers are simply keyed
into the e-itinerary. The travel agency can then forward the e-itineraries to your
meeting planner. ePlanner opens the e-itineraries and imports all attendee, travel,
and other data directly into the database.
