Reports
Reports all fully automated and created with a simple "point and click" procedure.
Report features include:
- Simple Sort (simply click on any column header to sort by that data)
- Defined Sort (same as Excel, select up to three parameters)
- Quick Refresh
- Fully Exportable
- Standard Microsoft Page Setup
- Data View
Simple Sort
Simply click on any column header and your report is instantly sorted by that data
(ascending). Click on that same header one more time and now it's descending.
Defined Sort
Just like Microsoft® products, you can select up to three parameters for defined
sorting. For example on your Departure Manifest you may elect to change the sort
order to be by "date, airline, and flight number" which will create the perfect
manifest for a mass group departure.
Quick Refresh
From within many reports in
ePlanner™
, as you view the report and see data that needs to be updated you may click on
that data within the report, which will open the necessary record. Then make the
needed correction or update, save and close the record. The report will still be
opened. Simply click on the "refresh" icon and your report is now updated with the
new information.
Full Exportable
Reports are designed to be fully exportable to Excel and other data file formats.
Simply click on the proper icon to then be prompted as to where you'd like to save
your data in the new file format. Name the file and destination and the file will
also automatically open for you.
Standard Microsoft® Page Setup
ePlanner™
's Windows interface utilizes the standard Microsoft® page setup. The commands are
the same, "file, page setup". Just that easy.
Data View
Reports offer the option of viewing your report in the standard report view which
is "what you see is what you get" (WYSIWYG) or you may view the data in the raw
form which is similar to what you'd see in an Access database.
